Refund & Exchange Policy – Miniso Alleppey

At Miniso Alleppey, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on purchases, except in cases where a product is confirmed to have a quality defect.

Defective Product Policy

If a product is found to be defective, Miniso Alleppey will gladly arrange an exchange or repair, subject to the following conditions:

The defective product must be returned to the same Miniso Alleppey store where it was originally purchased.

The original purchase receipt must be presented at the time of return.

The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances:

Fashion accessories

Socks

Cosmetics

Promotional or discounted products
